Are you licensed? Yes I am a licensed Cosmetologist in the states of California and Texas who specializes in hair and skin.

Do I have to come washed? Never , unless my sink mysteriously broke down lol, you will always be guaranteed a luxurious wash and condition from Jo-Z.

Why do I have to pay a 50% deposit, why can't I just book and come in? To answer this question since I am an in home salon business you can guarantee that I will always be on time to your appointments because I am punctual. Hair is not a hobby but it is my career/study. The 50% deposit guarantees that you are just as serious as I am about servicing you. I can not speak for everyone else but I take pride in customer service and I deserve the deposit for my skills and time that I have worked so hard to acquire. Please understand my position, my time is important as is yours. All deposits go towards final payment, thank you for your understanding, and respect.

Do I have to bring my own hair? Yes unless you request for me to purchase hair for you, you must bring your own hair for weave and braiding services.

How long does my hair need to be for a braid? I can braid as short as 2 inches.  See picture example below.

Do you do kids hair? Yes 12 and above.

Can I bring my dog? No, no pets are allowed in the suite.

How long have you been doing hair? 8 years licensed, I am a salon child and was raised in the salon, washed my first head at 16!

Do you travel? How does the travel fee work? Yes I do, The travel fee is in addition to the service and covers a 4-8 hour day of work.

 How do I book an after hour appointment? Contact me first by text so I can guarantee that I am available and then I will open the books up so you can book, or you can zelle me the 50% prepayment before you arrive to solidify appointment.

Can I get a refund on merchandise? All merchandise is currently final sale due to the nature of the product, however exchanges are available for defected products for up to 7 days from purchase.
