Appointments

  • Appointments are recommended to be scheduled in advance, but walk-ins are accepted based on availability and must be texted to (323)5701502
  • A  50% prepayment is required to book all appointments. For personal hair purchases  made by me an additional fee may be required on top of service before purchase is made.
  • Clients should arrive at the exact scheduled appointment time. Those arriving more than 10 minutes late may be asked to reschedule or charged a $25 late fee. Late arrivals impact other client schedules and mine, if I can be lenient I will be but if not I have to charge the fee.
  • If my schedule is busy and I can't accommodate you being late, you may be canceled.
  • A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. First late cancellation is a courtesy, second late cancellation you may be banned from booking or required to pay a 50$ fee.

Consultation & Pricing

  • All clients are required to do a 10 min max complimentary FaceTime consultation before receiving the address to my private, professional in-home salon.
  • Prices are subject to change in the chair if additional requests become present.
  • All styling services come with a shampoo and condition. Add-ons are additional services and can’t be booked solo with out a main service.
  • I accept all form of payments including zelle and cash app. 

Creative Environment

  • My in-home salon provides a creative, inspirational environment for exploring new hair styles and looks.
  • I strive to bring a personalized, artistic touch to every client's experience.

VIP Clients

  • Returning clients who maintain a positive energy and rapport may be offered VIP status.
  • VIP status includes priority booking and other exclusive benefits.

Unsatisfactory Service

  • If you are not satisfied with your hair service, please notify me immediately so I can attempt to correct it. No reimbursements will be given for ANY completed service or days old service.

Access to In-Home Salon

  • The address to the in-home salon will only be provided after the 10 min max complimentary FaceTime consultation.
  • If we are not a good fit after the FaceTime consultation, I will cancel your appointment free of charge :)
  • If we seem to be a good fit and have an understanding, you will be invited into the private salon space.
  • Parking is free, please park in my driveway.
  • Complimentary water, coffee, or tea will be provided.

Children

  • No children allowed during any service, please kindly make arrangements.

Positive Energy Environment

  • Hair styling is a career that requires maintaining positive energy to provide the best client experience.
  • Frustrated, negative, or disruptive attitudes and behaviors are not allowed in this space.
  • Clients exhibiting bad energy may be refused service or asked to leave.
  • Please come with an open, relaxed mindset ready for an enjoyable experience.

Personal Items

  • The salon is not responsible for any personal belongings lost, damaged or stolen. Please keep belongings with you at all times.

 

Tipping

  • Tipping is greatly appreciated for outstanding service.

The stylist reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior or failing to follow salon policies. We aim to provide a welcoming, relaxing environment for all clients and staff. Thank you for your cooperation!
